On September 3, Utica officially kicked off the fall season by hosting its Fall Sports Media Day at Thomas R. Proctor High School. Athletes and coaches from programs across the athletic department gathered to share their goals, showcase new leadership and outline expectations for the season.
The day offered a clear snapshot of where the athletic department stands. The focus across every team balances long-term development with immediate competition readiness. Underclassmen are stepping up to gain valuable roster experience, while returning student-athletes aim to set the tone for their respective sports. Now that games are officially underway, all teams are focused on building early momentum and executing at a high level every time they compete.
With media events wrapped up, the focus is entirely on live action across the courts, courses and fields. Student-athletes are excited to translate their preseason preparation into strong results as the regular season unfolds.
A special thank-you goes out to everyone behind the scenes whose time, effort and support helped make Fall Sports Media Day a success. The athletic department greatly appreciates the community's dedication to creating a great experience for our athletes as they showcase their hard work this fall.
